1. We are a booking agent, not a rental company
CarBookingClub arranges reservations with independent car rental companies. We do not own, operate, maintain, service, or insure any vehicle, and we do not staff any rental counter. The vehicle is supplied under a rental agreement between you and the rental company, signed at pickup. That agreement, together with the supplier’s own terms, governs your rental. Our role and the resulting limits on our liability are set out in full in our Terms & Conditions.
2. Accuracy of information
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but rental content changes constantly. Rates, availability, vehicle classes, location details, opening hours, counter requirements, fees, and supplier policies come from rental companies and reservation systems and can change without notice. We make no warranty that any content on this site is complete, current, or free from error, and we do not guarantee that a rate seen on the site will still be available when a booking is submitted.
We reserve the right to correct obvious errors, including pricing mistakes, at any time, and to cancel a booking made at a rate that was clearly published in error. Where that happens, any amount you paid is returned in full.
3. Vehicle images and descriptions
Photographs, model names, and specifications shown on this site are illustrative. You reserve a vehicle class rather than a specific make or model, and the supplier allocates a car from that class, or from a similar or higher class, at pickup. Features such as transmission type, seat count, luggage capacity, air conditioning, and infotainment can vary between vehicles in the same class and between locations.
4. Rental requirements are set by suppliers
Driving licence requirements, minimum and maximum driver ages, accepted payment methods, security deposit amounts, mileage allowances, fuel and charging policies, cross-border restrictions, and additional driver rules are determined by each rental company and location, not by us. Anything described on our Rental Info and FAQ pages is general orientation only. Always read the specific supplier terms shown on the booking page before you pay, and confirm anything critical with the rental location.
5. No professional advice
Nothing on this site is insurance, legal, financial, tax, immigration, or driving-safety advice. Information about protection products, waivers, excess amounts, licence recognition, international driving permits, tolls, or local traffic rules is a general summary and may not reflect the position in your case. Consult the supplier, your insurer, or an appropriate professional before relying on it.
6. Third-party trademarks
Rental company names, logos, and brand names referenced on this site are the property of their respective owners. They are used only to identify the suppliers whose vehicles may be available through our reservation service. Their use does not imply any endorsement, sponsorship, partnership, or affiliation beyond the booking arrangements described on this site.

Our pages link to third-party websites, including supplier sites, payment pages, mapping tools, and review platforms. We do not control those sites, we are not responsible for their content, availability, accuracy, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement. You follow external links at your own risk.
8. Reviews and testimonials
Customer reviews and testimonials published on this site reflect the individual experience of the person who wrote them. Experiences vary by supplier, location, vehicle, and date, and a past experience is not a prediction of your own.
9. Site availability
We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Maintenance, technical faults, and issues affecting the systems we connect to may make the site or parts of it unavailable, and we are not liable for loss arising from unavailability.
